Our Core Values
Our values express the convictions that shape the identity, culture, decisions, and ministries of Shekinah Apostolic Ministries International. They guide how we relate to God, serve people, develop leaders, steward resources, and advance the Kingdom of God among the nations.
The Kingdom of God
We seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. We recognize Jesus Christ as King and believe every area of life must come under His loving government.
The Kingdom is not merely a subject we preach; it is the life we are called to demonstrate. We equip believers to apply Kingdom principles in their spiritual lives, families, relationships, leadership, work, finances, and service to society.
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness.”
God’s Presence
We value an intimate and living relationship with God above religious activity, programs, or outward performance. We desire to cultivate an atmosphere in which people encounter God through worship, prayer, His Word, and the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
We believe God’s presence brings salvation, healing, deliverance, restoration, direction, empowerment, and transformation.
“My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”
The Authority of Scripture
We honor the Bible as the inspired and authoritative Word of God and the foundation of our faith, doctrine, character, and conduct.
We value Spirit-empowered preaching and sound biblical teaching that reveal Jesus Christ, proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom, renew the mind, set people free, and produce practical transformation.
We do not teach the Word merely to increase knowledge. We teach it so that people may believe it, obey it, live it, and experience its transforming power.
“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
Love and Healthy Relationships
We believe our relationship with God and our relationships with one another are more important than plans, projects, positions, or programs.
We are committed to developing a spiritual family characterized by genuine love, honor, integrity, humility, patience, forgiveness, accountability, compassion, and mutual respect.
We value covenant relationships that encourage growth while rejecting manipulation, control, abuse, discrimination, favoritism, and unhealthy dependency.
“By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”
Prayer and Worship
We believe prayer is essential to intimacy with God, spiritual alignment, Kingdom advancement, and lasting transformation.
Through personal prayer, family altars, corporate intercession, fasting, prophetic worship, and thanksgiving, we seek God’s will and partner with the Holy Spirit in bringing heaven’s purposes into the earth.
We value worship as a lifestyle of surrender and honor, not merely as music or an activity during a church service.
“Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”
The Ministry of the Holy Spirit
We depend upon the Holy Spirit for guidance, revelation, spiritual gifts, character formation, empowerment, and effective ministry.
We welcome His biblical operation through healing, deliverance, prophecy, miracles, discernment, and other spiritual gifts. We believe every manifestation of spiritual power must glorify Jesus Christ, agree with Scripture, operate through love, and produce godly fruit.
“Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord of hosts.”
Apostolic and Prophetic Foundations
We value the full expression of the fivefold ministry (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers) for the equipping and maturing of the Body of Christ.
We are committed to restoring apostolic doctrine, Kingdom order, spiritual fatherhood, discipleship, prophetic insight, and the missionary nature of the Church.
We identify, train, mentor, ordain, and release qualified leaders according to their calling, character, gifting, preparation, and proven faithfulness.
“For the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.”
Godly and Servant Leadership
We believe Kingdom leadership is stewardship, service, and responsibility, not a platform for status, control, or personal ambition.
We develop leaders who demonstrate integrity, humility, accountability, wisdom, excellence, compassion, courage, and Christlike character. Spiritual gifting never replaces character, and authority must always be exercised to serve, protect, equip, and empower others.
“Whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant.”
Discipleship and Empowerment
We believe every believer has a God-given identity, purpose, calling, and contribution. Our responsibility is not to keep people spiritually dependent, but to help them mature and become fruitful representatives of God’s Kingdom.
Through biblical instruction, mentoring, ministry training, leadership development, education, and practical opportunities to serve, we equip believers to discover their gifts, develop their abilities, and fulfill their assignments.
“And the things that you have heard from me… commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”
Healing, Wholeness, and Restoration
We believe the work of Jesus Christ brings restoration to the whole person. God desires to heal broken hearts, renew minds, restore dignity, strengthen relationships, and free people from spiritual, emotional, and relational bondage.
We create room for people to grow in grace and truth. We do not expect wounded people to pretend that everything is well; we walk with them toward increasing healing, maturity, freedom, and wholeness.
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
Compassion, Justice, and Human Dignity
We believe every person is created in the image of God and must be treated with dignity, compassion, fairness, and respect.
We are committed to serving widows, orphans, refugees, immigrants, former refugees, struggling families, and other vulnerable people without discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, social status, or religious background.
Through Kingdom Mercy Hands and other initiatives, we express God’s love by responding to spiritual, emotional, relational, and practical needs.
“Pure and undefiled religion before God… is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble.”
Family and Community
We value strong marriages, healthy families, responsible parenting, and supportive communities. We recognize the family as a primary place of discipleship, character formation, healing, belonging, and generational legacy.
We work to strengthen individuals and families so they can become stable, fruitful, and positive influences within the Church and society.
“But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
Kingdom Stewardship and Economic Empowerment
We believe everything belongs to God and has been entrusted to us for responsible stewardship. We teach believers to manage their time, gifts, opportunities, finances, property, and other resources with wisdom, discipline, generosity, and accountability.
We value financial education, ethical entrepreneurship, professional excellence, cooperative development, and responsible wealth creation. Through initiatives such as the Kingdom Enterprise Network, we seek to help people overcome dependency, develop sustainable solutions, create opportunities, and fund Kingdom and humanitarian work.
“Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful.”
Excellence and Accountability
We believe God deserves our best. Excellence is not perfectionism or competition; it is the faithful, disciplined, and responsible use of what God has entrusted to us.
We pursue excellence in ministry, administration, communication, leadership, service, financial management, and community engagement. We embrace transparency, accountability, continuous learning, and faithful evaluation.
“And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.”
Unity in Diversity
As an international and multicultural ministry, we celebrate the diversity of cultures, languages, generations, backgrounds, and spiritual gifts within the Body of Christ.
We reject tribalism, racism, division, and discrimination. We believe our differences can enrich our fellowship when they are submitted to the lordship of Jesus Christ and united by the Holy Spirit.
“For you are all one in Christ Jesus.”
Transformation of Nations
We believe Jesus Christ is the hope of the world, and the Church is called to carry His Gospel, character, wisdom, compassion, and transforming influence into society.
Our assignment extends beyond the walls of the church. We prepare believers to influence families, communities, education, business, government, media, arts, healthcare, and every other sphere of society.
We measure ministry success not only by attendance, but by transformed lives, restored families, equipped leaders, strengthened communities, and nations influenced by the Kingdom of God.
“You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.”
These values express the culture we desire to cultivate and the standard by which we pursue our divine assignment:
Raising Kingdom-minded believers to transform nations.
